Meet Mega-Senway at the Shanghai International Charging Point and Battery Swapping Station Exhibition, June 7–9

2023-06-05

Exhibition Overview:

The second Shanghai International Charging Point and Battery Swapping Station Exhibition in 2023 is expected to cover more than 25,000 square meters, with 350 companies from across the industry chain exhibiting and more than 25,000 professional visitors attending. It is currently one of the world’s leading charging and battery-swapping exhibitions.
Exhibition Dates: June 7–9, 2023
Venue: Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center (7575 Boyuan Road)
Booth No.: C05
At this exhibition, Mega-Senway will present multiple MastCurr Series residual current detection modules, eMorse Series residual current test equipment, and technical solutions at the 2023 Shanghai Charging and Battery Swapping Exhibition.

Applications of Type B (A+6) Residual Current Detection in Charging Points

I. MastCurr Series Residual Current Detection Modules

As electric vehicles become more common, charging points are increasingly part of everyday life. Electric vehicle charging Modes 2 and 3 are the most common charging modes on the market. As portable AC charging equipment that can travel with the vehicle, the Mode 2 portable charging box offers unmatched portability and is included as standard equipment with nearly every electric vehicle. Its in-cable control and protection device (IC-CPD) effectively safeguards charging. Mode 3 is widely accepted by vehicle owners for its economy and reliability. Because charging points involve complex circuits, AC/DC conversion, and circuit topologies, residual currents with various waveforms and frequencies inevitably occur. MastCurr Series Type B (A+6) residual current detection modules accurately monitor not only residual sinusoidal AC but also DC, supporting a stable AC power supply for the onboard charger and safeguarding electrical safety among the vehicle, charging point, and user.

II. eMorse Series Residual Current Test Equipment

Our independently developed eMorse-S100-B test equipment will be displayed at the booth. It is used for experiments and testing on charging points and other residual current protection products, such as RCBOs/RCDs and MRCDs, and provides stable, accurate, and reliable performance.

eMorse-S100-B Product Highlights:
Full detection of residual current waveforms for Type B and below;
Maximum residual current output capability of 100A;
Low-current, high-accuracy output (current adjustable in 0.1mA increments);
Compatible with Type F test requirements under various standards;
Equipped with automatic testing software for intelligent testing;
Multiple interfaces for testing finished products, PCBA boards, and individual current transformers;
Communication capabilities, support for the Modbus protocol, and connectivity to external programmable power supplies and loads.
