2024-05-27

Shanghai, May 22, 2024—The 3rd Shanghai International Charging Point and Battery Swapping Station Exhibition (the "Shanghai Charging and Battery Swapping Exhibition"), an influential annual event for the global charging and battery swapping sector, officially opened.

Mega-Senway Electronic Technology Ltd., Shanghai ("Mega-Senway"), a leading company in the residual current sector, was invited to participate and presented innovative products at Booth K110, including eMorse Series residual current test equipment, MastCurr Series residual current detection modules, and residual current solutions

Strong Attendance on the First Day

On the first day, the Mega-Senway booth drew a large crowd. A steady stream of attendees and customers stopped to learn more and ask about the products. Product areas featuring the eMorse Series residual current test equipment and MastCurr Series residual current detection modules fully demonstrated Mega-Senway's capabilities as a "leading provider of Type B residual current detection solutions." Among them, the eMorse-4005-B-P Series Type B residual current test product, making its debut, quickly became a highlight of the exhibition with its compact dimensions, outstanding performance, and innovative design.

Launch of New MastCurr Series Residual Current Detection Modules

As the installed base of new energy vehicles continues to grow, the charging point market is also expanding. GB/T 18487.1-2015, the overarching standard for charging equipment, has been in effect for eight years. During that period, historical issues and new challenges have emerged. Based on the requirements of the original standard, the new GB/T 18487-2023 incorporates lessons from various existing market issues and risks and adds provisions focused on safety and reliability. To meet the new national standard's residual current detection requirements, Mega-Senway has developed and launched several new MastCurr Series residual current detection modules with customer needs in mind. Fully compatible with the new national standard, they enable customers to upgrade their charging points quickly.
